The Verkhovna Rada approved the decree Poroshenko about the three waves of mobilization
The Verkhovna Rada approved the decree of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to hold in 2015 three waves of the partial mobilization.
first of Kiev said it plans to start 1st phase of mobilization on 20 January, the second from April, the third since June. Within the first wave of mobilization is expected to call for service about 50 thousand people. Only in 2015 with arms forces have the ability to be mobilized approximately 104 thousand people, while the total population will increase to 250 thousand soldiers. The Ukrainian authorities also hope to spend rotation among the security forces who are involved in special operations in the Donbass.
" To declare and conduct during 2015 partial Mobilization in 3 turns for 210 days from the date of entry into force of this decree, according to the approved decree. Mobilization will be carried out in all regions of Ukraine and in Kiev in proportion living in these regions the population.
In addition, the decree provides for the period from 18 March to 1 may demobilization of soldiers enlisted for service during the first wave of the partial mobilization, announced on 17 March 2014.
Kiev held in 2014 3 waves of mobilization to enable special operations in the Donbass. The exact number of mobilized military is not disclosed, however, it is known that by the end of the year the number of military power of Ukraine increased from 130 thousand to 232 thousand people.
