Rada adopted the law on the establishment of civil-military administrations in the Donbass

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Tuesday passed a law which provides for the development of civil-military administrations in towns of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
The relevant document at the extraordinary meeting of the Parliament supported 276 parliamentarians when the required minimum of 226 votes. According to the law, civil-military administration is a temporary state agencies that operate from the security Service of Ukraine. They will be created by decision of the President of Ukraine. The structure and staffing of the civil-military administrations will also be argued in the security service of Ukraine upon submission of the head of administration, RIA " Novosti ". on January 27, the head of the National Council DND Andrey Burgin said that the development of civil-military administrations within the Donetsk region, controlled by the Kyiv aimed at concealing information about the illegal actions of the government. First, the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the military-civil administration will be working in the regions to conduct Kiev local elections, and to lead them will both military and civilian citizens who live within controlled Kiev.
