Klishas: deprivation of Yanukovych's the title of President is unconstitutional

Deprivation of Viktor Yanukovych, the presidential rank contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine, said Last news the head of the constitutional division of the Russian Council of Federation Andrey Klishas.

Ukraine's Parliament on Wednesday passed a law which deprived Yanukovych honorary title of President. "The title of President Viktor Yanukovych received on universal democratic elections from voters of Ukraine.
