Kerry acknowledged as the worst Secretary of state
John Kerry voted the worst Secretary of state of the United States over the past 50 years. This was demonstrated by selective survey of more than 600 experts in the field of international relations.
According to a sample survey conducted by the magazine Foreign Policy of the professorial-teaching staff of colleges and institutions of the United States, working as the Secretary of state is considered the most successful among all who held this post for the past half-century years. Kerry gained 0.3 per cent of the vote, which is considered the low end.
Taking into account the opinion of the interviewed experts, the most effective foreign policy of the United States was Henry Kissinger, who held the proper position in the years 1973-1977. He scored 32.2% of the votes. In second place was James Baker, who held the post during the presidency of George H.W. Bush from 1989 to 1992.
