The speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin is proposing to establish a "road map" action parliamentarians "channel four" in line with the Minsk process.

Naryshkin also noted that the civil war in Ukraine is a pressing challenge for the security and stability of Europe.
"The deepest crisis in Ukraine, the civil war, which leads the Ukrainian regime against its inhabitants, is a pressing challenge for the entire European security and stability," he said.
