The Groysman: the Parliament will not hinder reforms on decentralization
Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said on Wednesday that the Parliament will not hinder the adoption of the draft laws on the reform of the decentralization of Power.

The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on Wednesday said that decentralization, which is being developed by the authorities, will not have anything to do with federalization, and Ukraine has been and will be a unitary state ".
"because of the coalition we can talk about the fact that the Parliament has the support of decentralization, and the Parliament will not slow down these changes and these reforms," said Groisman during an extended session of the government on Wednesday.
according to him, decentralization is one of the most major decisions of the Verkhovna Rada. He also said that the Parliament adopted a report on the establishment of an expert group that will be involved in the decentralization and local self-government." This group was created with the assistance of the ministries, experts and factions of the Parliament to ensure that all understood how we will implement this reform, " added the Speaker.
for its part, Poroshenko said that he thinks it is extremely important conduct decentralization to accelerate the restoration of peace in the country.
