Foreign Ministry: Kyiv is ready to talk about elections in the Donbass after the removal of arms
Kyiv plans to start a dialogue about local elections in the Donbass on the basis of Ukrainian legislation to the end of the withdrawal of heavy weapons, said the Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko.

While Kiev insisted that the elections are due to Ukrainian law, but DND AND LNR, not agreeing, held elections on 2 November 2014, in which elected local authorities.
