The U.S. and EU discuss fresh sanctions Against Russia, said Tuesday at a hearing in the us Senate assistant Secretary on problems of the Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland.
"The U.S. together with our international partners will begin to collapse punishment Against Russia, but only when Minsk agreement will be fully implemented. The reverse is also true: if they are not met, there will be an additional punishment, and we have already started meeting with our European partners on additional sanctions 'impact, if Russia will continue to fan the fire in the East or in any other part of Ukraine, does not comply with Minsk consensus or capture more territory, as it was in Debaltsevo after signing the agreement on the implementation," said Nuland.
