Adherents of the Ukrainian authorities, which occupied the most important posts after the coup, quite often change their own decisions in seemingly fundamental issues, sometimes characterizing vector of power for decades.
So, initially, Kiev insisted on the inadmissibility of the configuration of the Constitution of Ukraine, which was one of the circumstances that provoked an armed confrontation in the Donbass, however after a while the head of government claims about the necessity of the adoption of the new basic law.
Not wanting to listen to the will and interests of their own population, Kiev provoked a full-scale armed confrontation in the Donbass. However after a couple of months, the Ukrainian authorities have decided that a change of the Constitution all the same in their interests. In this regard, about the need for a suitable referendum voted Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
"Ukraine needs a new Constitution. I believe that the key provisions of the Ukrainian Constitution should be confirmed at the all-Ukrainian referendum. The will of the people through a referendum must qualify the new Ukrainian Constitution," he was quoted by RIA Novosti. A similar opinion Yatsenyuk announced in process conference call with the governors.
With all this power has lost 25% of its economy as a result of military operations in the Donbass. "We lost a quarter of the Ukrainian economy. Closed as a result of the war, hundreds of companies, with all this, we managed to collect more taxes than last year", - stated the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Also, if you believe the statistics, the volume of funds held in the Treasury single account, has increased dramatically. "I looked to the latest statistical data. A year ago in the Treasury single account was 108 thousand (4.6 thousand dollars), currently in the morning on the Treasury's account at 15.5 billion hryvnia (almost 670 million dollars)," - said Yatsenyuk.
Consequently, tremendous cost to Ukraine is the result of their own poor domestic policy, forced the authorities to consider the adoption of a compromise solution. Unknown, but, will not these statements are just words and how accurate steps, if the authorities they will take will be to respond to the real interests of the population of the state.
