Debt: the EU, US and OSCE are required to specify the problem of neo-Nazism
EU, US, UN, OSCE and Council of Europe are bound to influence Ukraine to resolve the issue of neo-Nazism, said the Commissioner for human rights of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Konstantin Dolgov.

The Verkhovna Rada had passed a law banning the Communist and the national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes in Ukraine and their symbolism.
