Dollar down 1.26 kopeks, euro is up

The official euro rate for September 29 - October 1 is 35.3457 rubles, up 1.96 kopeks from Friday.
Open Investments (OPIN) has set the share price as part of its upcoming SPO at RUR7,238.95 (approx. USD290) each, with GDRs amounting to USD36.25, the Russian property development group said in a statement. The company is planning to float up to 2,038,930 shares with hopes of raising RUR14,759,712,323 (approx. USD591.29m).
Reportedly, following the SPO, some 60 percent of OPIN shares will be held by the investment company Interros, which will exercise its preemptive right to acquire the full additional issue, leaving the remaining 40 percent as free float.
ING Bank and Renaissance Capital will act as co-lead managers for the additional share issue.
