Russia`s largest oil firm, Rosneft, said on Monday it had raised its 2007 oil output target due to bigger than expected organic growth at existing fields and acquisition of new assets of bankrupt oil firm Yukos. The company said in a statement it now expected to produce 100.6 million tonnes of oil (2.02 million barrels per day) in 2007, up 24.5 percent from 2006. "This growth will be attained both through an increase in production at pre-acquisition assets - from 90.1 million tonnes per the original business plan approved last December to 91.2 million tonnes - and through the contribution of production from the assets acquired in 2007 - 9.4 million tonnes from the moment of their inclusion in the company`s business plan," the statement said. It also said the board had cleared a 45 billion rouble ($1.8 billion) bond issue in three tranches with a three and five year maturity, which will be organised by Gazprombank, VTB and Troika and go toward refinancing the firm`s debt.
