"If it is meant that Ukraine expects to have on their own terrain, the components of the U.S. missile defense system, then, of course, it can only be perceived negatively. Since it will pose a threat to Russia," RIA Novosti quoted Dmitry Peskov. Similar attack unanswered will remain. "In the case of installation of a missile defense system in Ukraine this will result in the need for response of Russia to ensure their own personal safety", - said press Secretary of the head of the country. With all this reason to trust the Ukrainian government, Russia has less every day. For example, actions by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has demonstrated that fully trust him. "There is a considerable lack of trust, which is based, to remorse, to specific precedents, accurate unfulfilled commitments, accurate disrupting the implementation of the provisions of the signed documents," stated Sands. Earlier, Secretary of Council of national security and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said that the government appreciates the opportunity to arrange for their own areas of the U.S. missile system. "Don't dismiss that for the defence against nuclear hazards, we will have to be consulted on placement of the components of a missile defense system on the territory of Ukraine", - he noted.
