"We have almost no interest in the fact that the G8 remains in the G7 format on a repeated basis. On the contrary, we need Russia to solve frozen incidents in our European region, in Syria, Iraq and Libya, also on Iran's nuclear program", - told in his interview to the German newspaper Neue Ostanbrucker Zeitung, German foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier. The head of the German foreign Ministry noted that the policy of financial and political pressure on Russia has proven itself irrelevant.
