The court on the last working day of the week will deliver a verdict on the privacy of people's deputies of Ukraine
The constitutional Court of Ukraine will announce on the last working day of the week opinion on the appeal of the Verkhovna Rada on the constitutionality of the bill to repeal the privacy of people's deputies and judges, informs on Wednesday the press service of the court.
in February, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the decision on the direction of the constitutional Court of Ukraine of the draft law on introducing changes to the Constitution in relation to the privacy of people's deputies and judges. The resolution noted that, according to the VR regulations, the Parliament adopts the draft law on introducing changes to the Constitution and sends it to the constitutional Court for a conclusion on the compliance of the requirements of articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution.
