PrivatBank has decided to initiate arbitration against Russia in the Hague
The largest by assets Bank of Ukraine PrivatBank, owned by Ukrainian businessman and former Governor of Dnepropetrovsk region Igor Kolomoisky, initiates arbitration proceedings against Russia in connection with the loss of his property in Crimea, said a spokesman of the Bank Oleg Serga.
"We will initiate arbitration proceedings. The message is ready, there is a formation of the Arbitral Tribunal in the Hague ", he said.



According to the press Secretary, the cost of the claim until not defined, now " independent experts conduct a damage assessment ".
