LC: having come under fire, the OSCE was going to visit the objects of the APU

The group of special representatives of the OSCE, caught this morning under mortar fire from Kiev forces, had planned to visit a number of facilities within the controlled by the Ukrainian side, said on Sunday the representative authorized LNR on Minsk talks Vladislav Danego.

"They have worked the scheduled event further we also were obliged to cross to the other side (the territory controlled APU) in the area of Happiness, where They planned to visit a number of objects. And among them they had scheduled the inspection of industrial sites " Carbonite ", and conduits running to our side - in the Popasna district ", - said the representative of the Commissioner LNR.

Danego has supplemented his words by the fact that the Ukrainian side has not had the opportunity to not know about the plans of the monitoring group of the OSCE, as this plan was made on July 21 in Minsk and the parties shall have received proper notice.

The OSCE headed by Tony Frisch 25 July has arrived with two-day visit to the LC to "own eyes" to evaluate the real humanitarian situation.
