The Russians are in favour of a ban of the swastika
On the background of the prohibitions of Russian and Communist symbols in the Baltic States and Ukraine, a survey showed that residents of Russia treat them positively. With all this, the majority of respondents are sharply negative attitude to the swastika.

All-Russian research center public opinion suggested the results of a poll on the subject, as residents of Russia relate to the characters. It appears that most respondents have a positive attitude to Russian symbols - the hammer and the hammer and a red five-pointed star.

So, rather positively to the sickle and hammer is 73% of inhabitants of Russia, but rather negatively, only one in 10 residents of Russia (11%). 't know what the hammer and sickle - one in twenty respondents (6%). Approximately the same attitude there and the red five-pointed star. Presumably positively it includes 66% of the Russian population, and only 11% of respondents. Not know what a red five-pointed star every 10 citizen of Russia (10%).

Religious, international and foreign characters Russian citizens perceive or worse than the Soviet, or just not know about them. So, the UN symbol evokes sympathy only 44% of respondents, and 17% belong to him rather negatively. No idea what the UN symbol every 4th citizen of Russia (24%).

Muslim Crescent evokes warm feelings in 41% of inhabitants of Russia, and negatively it is perceived by almost every 4 respondents (23%). 't know what it means Muslim Crescent every 5th citizen of Russia (19%). To the six-pointed star of David is viewed positively by 32% of respondents and negatively by 28%. Don't know what it means for the star of David, every 5th Respondent (22%).

Only 27% of Russians have a positive attitude to the coat of arms of Ukraine. 34% of respondents it causes antipathy. 23% of Russians do not know about this sign. However the most straightforward was the attitude of the respondents to the swastika. The overwhelming majority of 74% oppose this symbol. Positively to the swastika are only 8%. Have no idea about this plate is 7% of respondents.

62% of Russians are in favour of the prohibition of the use of the swastika. Against the ban voted by 19% of respondents. 20% of Russians would like to ban the emblem of Ukraine, but 46% against this decision. But to ban Soviet symbols most of the respondents would not (72%). So, against the symbol of the hammer and sickle was made by only 7% of respondents. Approximately the same situation and with a red five-pointed star is its prohibition against 68% of the respondents.
