"We are approached by Ukrainian human rights activists with a petition to help the guys who were captured by Ukrainian security forces on suspicion of political crimes and who are currently in jail. We have included part of the guys in the list for the exchange of prisoners of war, " citing her Donetsk news Agency.
The reform of the Ukrainian Constitution in some of decentralisation envisaged by the Minsk agreements of February 12. Amendments must take into account features of " separate districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, agreed with the commissioners of these districts ".
