The U.S. imposed sanctions on defense companies

The United States authorities decided to use the next punishment against a number of Russians, as well as any foreign companies. Part of the restrictions imposed on the company, the defendants in activities contrary to U.S. law on non-proliferation in Iran, North Korea and Syria.

The Doc just put the company on the sanctions list in connection with the incident in Ukraine.

According to published on the website of the government publications Federal Register list, under punitive measures got the Tula instrument Design Bureau, the company "Cathode" - Novosibirsk manufacturer of night vision devices and image intensifier tubes, the company "NPO Mashinostroyenia", the company Rosoboronexport and aircraft manufacturing company "MiG". Along with them the punishment of affected companies from Iran, China, North Korea, UAE, Syria, Sudan and Turkey.

Exceptions may be made only with the personal approval of the Secretary of state of the United States.

Firms from the black list are prohibited to sell products for military purposes, as previously concluded transactions must be broken. Restrictive measures are introduced for 2 years, if this term will not be changed by the decision of the Secretary of state.

Also, in connection with the incident in the Ukraine once again own punishment expanded the Ministry of trade of the United States. In the black list in the joint complexity were added 29 firms. The company from the range are included in the sanctions list, as referring to Russia and Crimea, and even England, Cyprus, Romania, Ukraine, Finland and Switzerland.

In the Russian part of the list includes a subsidiary of "Rosneft" Vankorneft "Oil-Active" and "Syzran refinery". Also, under the penalties got owned Rosneft "Achinsk refinery", "Angarsk petrochemical company", "Kuibyshev refinery", "Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery", "Orenburgneft", "Samotlorneftegaz", "Verkhnechonskneftegaz", "RN-Komsomolsk refinery", "RN-Yuganskneftegaz", "RN holding" and Izhevsk Electromechanical plant "Dome" and "Concern "Izhmash"

Also separately for the Crimea were specified sea commercial port of Evpatoria, commercial seaport of Feodosiya, commercial marine port of Kerch, commercial seaport of Sevastopol commercial sea port of Yalta, the state shipping company "Kerch ferry". All these Russian firms are already under U.S. restrictive measures, the Doc has only led sanctions regime in accordance with the General black list.
