As reported the Ministry of emergency situations of the Russian Federation, in 2014, humanitarian and technical assistance was provided to 25 countries, including Iraq, North Korea, China, Nicaragua, Palestine and Syria. Total volume of transported humanitarian supplies exceeded eleven thousand tons (in 2013 - 18, 7 thousand tons).
under the emergency humanitarian response was carried out 37 international operations. From 14 countries of Europe, Asia and South America were evacuated just over 1 thousand citizens of Russia (in 2013 - 1, 2 thousand).
