Higher qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine has suspended the judge Oksana Prince from the office of the judge of Pechersky district court of Kiev for a period of two months, informs on Thursday the press service of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. "The high qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine on Wednesday, 9 September, the meeting considered and approved the petition of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin to recuse a judge Prince from office of a judge of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv for a period of two months ", - is informed in the report. The public Prosecutor has addressed with the corresponding representation in connection with the investigation of criminal proceedings in which the judge was notified of the suspicion initially making unjust decisions in cases involving the restriction of the rights of members of Parliament, who were active participants of the Euromaidan.
