The incident between ex-Deputy defense Minister and the authorities of the powers was formed on 4 September 2015. In Dushanbe and Vahdat unknown destroyed 9 employees of internal Affairs bodies. The authorities have blamed on armed group led by Abouhalima Nazarzadeh. According to them, the General seized large quantities of weapons and ammunition in 3 military units, and later was taken to Dushanbe.
