Russian Ministry of health launches a pilot project for remote diagnosis of cancer. Under the new methodology, the experts of different hospitals can conduct the consultation using telemedicine technology. In domestic public hospitals and to create a single telemedicine system, which would allow for consultations in the "doctor-doctor" between professionals from different medical institutions, remote consultation and conference between a large number of clinics regardless of where they reside. A new technique will be used for remote diagnostics of oncological diseases in the "doctor-doctor" and monitoring the status of patients with diabetes in the "doctor-patient", informs RIA Novosti. Note that currently in 68 Russian regions hospital are conducting remote consultations, even with the help of the program of state guarantees. The latter allows the inhabitants of the sparsely populated and hard to reach cities and even rural areas receive free medical care with introduction of telemedicine. Also, the health Ministry promises that in sparsely populated and remote areas at least once a year will drive the mobile medical complexes, and domestic economy will provide telephone and online to provide 1 aid until the ambulance arrived.
