Russia is ready to establish contact with the "Free Syrian army". The request to provide information about the opposition movement in Moscow sent to Washington, RIA Novosti reported.
"At least I asked John Kerry, so they gave us some information where this "Free Syrian army" who runs it", - announced the Minister of foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov. Russia does not hide that wants to make contact, "if it's actually preserving the capacity of the armed group Patriotic opposition, consisting of Syrians," he said.
Among other things the head of the Foreign Ministry commented on the information on the request of Iraq in the fight against "Islamic state" on the ground of their powers. According to the version Lavrov, Moscow has not received a similar notification: "I heard the Prime Minister of Iraq that he would be interested in domestic aviation and helped with the liquidation of the positions of terrorists in the Iraqi countryside. Together with this, the Minister called a hypothetical overthrow of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's violation of international law. He referred to a resolution of the UN Security Council.
