Media: in Minsk fined the opposition for unsanctioned rally

A number of Belarusian oppositionists, including former presidential candidates Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu and Mikalai Statkevich, fined by the court of Tsentralny district of Minsk for organizing not sanctioned by the city authorities of the action, say on the last working day of the week the local media.

in mid-September, the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin ordered the Russian defence Ministry and foreign Ministry to hold dialogue with Minsk and up to sign the agreement on creation in Belarus of a Russian aviation base. Later, the Leader of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that he had not discussed with Russia the question of the establishment within the Republic of the Russian airbase.
