The mission of the international monetary Fund (IMF) will return to Ukraine later in October to complete the planned evaluation of the programme of payment of the country, reports on the last working day of the week referring to the message of the head of the European Department of the Fund, Paul Thomsen. "There are several unresolved problems, for example in the area of fiscal policy, which must be resolved.
