The participation of observers of the CSTO countries from the special monitoring mission of OSCE in Ukraine will not mean performing " mutual operation ", said OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier.
According to Zannier, the issue was discussed on the first day of the week at the meeting with Secretary General of the CSTO Nikolai Bordiuzha.
"The fact that the Staff of the CSTO is already Involved in the OSCE mission. I tried to convince individual members of the CSTO to provide more consistent assistance, in the 1st human to amplify our actions on earth. But it will eventually be the OSCE mission, it will not be a joint operation (CSTO), " - said Zannier on the results of negotiations with head the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.
"We discussed the possibility of mutual work in the other countries first mentioned only about Ukraine - the possibility of cooperation in cross-border crime, illicit trafficking of narcotic substances ", - he added.
