As said Shapran, the Main purpose of the bill is to develop local self-government, the extension of powers for attracting investment, creating industrial and innovation parks. The participants of the round table, a number of which included people's deputies of local councils, candidates for people's deputies, as well as scientists and economists, have made a proposal to increase the budget of Dnepropetrovsk and the region through the redistribution of the receipt of funds coming from the taxes that would enable local governments to implement social programs. The proposals of the participants of the meeting will be forwarded to the relevant Committee "Civil Rada of Dnipropetrovsk region" for further preparation of the draft law.
