Media: the CEC of Ukraine ordered the election Commission to provide ballots Krasnoarmeysk
The Central election Commission of Ukraine has obliged the Krasnoarmeysky municipal election Commission of the Donetsk region will be given to the polling stations the ballot papers that had not been done in time on Sunday, reports the Agency.
The electoral process in Krasnoarmeysk, Donetsk region on Sunday has not begun due to the fact that the ballots were not brought to the sites, As Krasnoarmeysky city election Commission declared them null and void. According to the Agency, by its decision, the Commission reversed the proper decision of Krasnoarmejsky municipal election Commission and ordered to give the ballots to the polling stations. The CEC also ordered the Donetsk military-civil administration, red army and red army city Council city election Commission to notify residents about the possibility to exercise their right to vote.
Local elections are held in Ukraine on Sunday on the new electoral law. Regional, city and district councils will be elected under the proportional system with the so-called open lists, and the deputies of village councils under majority system of relative majority. The results must be determined before November 4 and made public for five days, and in the case of the 2nd round of elections of the mayor in the big cities - not later than November 20.
