The state fiscal service of Ukraine has dismissed 42% of managers of Central office departments and 15% of Directors in the areas in Accordance with the legislative act of lustration, said the head of the Roman Nasirov on Wednesday at a meeting of the Ukrainian government. "In accordance with your instructions, we applied to the Ministry of justice, the test was conducted and on Monday I was deprived of the workplace 42% of the Executive staff of the Central office and 15% of Directors in the areas," - said Nasirov. He added that until January 1, 2016, in accordance to the instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers, is expected to reduce fiscal service for another 30% of the 58 thousand employees in the Ministry will be 40 thousand. in mid-September of last year the Parliament of Ukraine with the 3rd attempt blessed the law on lustration. The Supreme Court and a group of deputies from "Oppositional block" has addressed in KS with the request to assess the constitutionality of the law.
