"I'll ask EMERCOM (national center for crisis management - ed.) together with the foreign Ministry, with embassies and representative offices in St. Petersburg these States to build the meeting, the placement and execution of all procedural issues on identification, delivery of dead bodies to burial sites in Ukraine, Belarus at the request of the relatives," he said at a meeting in the MOE.
