As said Eugster, the primary motivation his works are in the Rostov region is to be personally indifferent to what is happening in Ukraine and Donbass for example." I am very sorry for all people trapped within the hostilities in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. But our mission is very limited - it's monitoring, and its motto is two words: transparency and impartiality ", - quoted his words.
The Ukrainian authorities began in April last year in the Donbass military action against dissatisfied with the coup d'etat inhabitants of the region. At the end of September was signed the agreement about the withdrawal of weapons with a caliber of not more than 100 millimeters and tanks from the frontline. This process took place in 2 stages in Lugansk and Donetsk regions.
