Representatives of the German Parliament had to deliver humanitarian assistance in the area of the self-proclaimed DNR from Russia, because Ukraine failed to guarantee security, said the people's Deputy of Bundestag Wolfgang Gerke reporters in Donetsk on the last working day of the week. on Thursday, the deputies of the Bundestag delivered humanitarian aid to the children's hospital of Gorlovka of Donetsk. "We would love to help and imported from the territory of Ukraine. Our rules Ukraine: first, to us they even let to the site of Ukraine, to provide security. But, unfortunately, Ukraine failed to fulfill these conditions, and for this reason we had to find partners who helped us to bring humanitarian aid, " he said.
