The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law "On ratification of Protocol On introducing changes to the Marrakesh agreement establishing the world trade organization," negotiations of the trade, is notified on the Internet office of the Ukrainian President on Tuesday.
Twentieth October 2015 Poroshenko submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft law whose objective is the implementation by Ukraine of its internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Treaty on the simplification of trade procedures. The document was adopted by the Ukrainian Parliament on 4 November of the current year.
"The implementation of the international Treaty provides for increased transparency and efficiency of operations of public authorities, increase trade flows, state of the parish funds and direct foreign investment, reducing the time and cost of customs surveillance, reduction of bribery, increased interaction between members of the private and public sectors, improving the development of small and medium business ", - reported in the report on the Internet representation Poroshenko.
It is noted that the ratification of the Protocol and the implementation of the Treaty provisions will improve Ukraine's position in the rankings related to the ease of doing business, and also provide a positive signal for participants in international trade and investment fraternity On the establishment in Ukraine of an effective and transparent trading environment.
"The implementation of the provisions of the Treaty will help strengthen the integration of Ukraine with the EU. The Protocol will begin after completion of internal ratification procedures by 2 thirds of WTO members ", - said in the report.
