The Prosecutor
The Kiev Prosecutor's office will appeal to the competent authorities of the United States with a request to capture information from the administration of the social network Facebook during the investigation of the murder of journalist Olesya Elderberry, informs on the last working day of the week.

first of Pechersk district court of Kyiv obliged the administration of Facebook to provide Ukrainian investigators access to things and documents suspected of murder of the journalist of an Elder. Famous Ukrainian journalist Elder, who wrote for the Internet representation of the RIA. RU, was killed April 16, 2015 at his home in Kiev. Two months later, the head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said about the detention of two suspects in the case - Denis Polishchuk and Andrei Medvedko. Now they are in prison.

"The Prosecutor's office of Kiev during the investigation into the murder of Ukrainian journalist Olesya Elderberry initiated by the international legal order competent authorities of the USA about taking information from the administration of social network Facebook," said the head of Department of Prosecutor's office of Kyiv Aleksandr Mashkov.

according to his statement, the requested information is essential to establish the major circumstances in criminal proceedings.

As noted, in order to comply with established procedures, international cooperation in criminal proceedings the above decision of the Pechersk court together with other documents will be aimed at competent authorities of the United States.
