U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden said that North America provide Ukraine with 190 million dollars in financial aid to conduct reforms.

On Sunday, the White house said that Biden left on a visit to Ukraine where he will meet with President Petro Poroshenko. In November, the White house announced the visit of the United States Joe Biden to Ukraine on 7 December. This will be the fifth trip of the Vice-President to Ukraine. On 6 November, Joe Biden promised that North America will provide for the battle with illegal activities of officials and the implementation of tax reform in Ukraine the third tranche of $ 1 billion. At the end of October the head of the U.S. Department of Commerce penny Pritzker stated that the U.S. President Barack Obama is going to take steps to provide the 3rd tranche of macroeconomic aid to Ukraine for reforms in the country in the coming months.
