The people's Deputy from "United Russia" Vladislav Reznik introduced to the state Duma a draft law that enables to impose a ban on remittances from the Russian Federation to Ukraine, carried out by using foreign payment systems, as follows from the database of the lower house of Parliament.

Punishment implies the prohibition of activities of these payment systems in Ukraine.
