LINDSAY LOHAN is suing a New York financial company for $100m, insisting that a boyfriend-stealing, `milkaholic` baby in their latest ad is modelled on her. The Mean Girls star - pictured at Paris Fashion Week yesterday - filed the multi-million dollar lawsuit against E-Trade for her pain and suffering caused by the ad tot, also called Lindsay, in a lawsuit filed Monday in Nassau County Supreme Court, New York. The funny commercial - which debuted on US TV during the Super Bowl last month - features a baby boy playing the stock market and apologising to his girlfriend for not calling her the night before. The baby girl then gets suspicious about a rival female baby, referring to her as "that milkaholic Lindsay
