The Minister of defense ash Carter made an announced visit to Afghanistan on Friday, a journey that takes place against the background of major issues on the future of America.
Carter is configured to meet the President of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani at the presidential Palace in Kabul, he will meet with American military commanders and thank the troops at Bagram air base. The Obama administration originally intended to remove almost all U.S. troops from the country before leaving office.
