Hillary Clinton was forced to run for President, despite the lack of a clear vision of the campaign, Vice President Joe Biden asserted in an interview published on Thursday.
Biden said that Clinton probably felt obligated to run for President and that historical moment influenced her decision. "She thought she had no choice but to run. As she was the first woman who had the ability to win the presidential election, I think it was a real load on it," Biden said.
Interview Thursday was the last assessment by the Obama administration about why the Democrats lost the vote. Biden along with President Barack Obama, argue that their party did not pay sufficient attention to the voters of the working class outside of major urban centres.
"I believe that we have not paid attention to very many people, educated and people with a different skin color, but we understood their problems," he said. We should be more progressive. I'm not saying that we should be less progressive, "said Biden. "We should be proud of the fact that not not SAG an inch. "At the same time, we are for equality," he added.
