Catherine Zeta-Jones thinks sex is better if you add chocolate

The 40-year-old actress loves the cocoa-based treat, and names it as her biggest "food weakness". She is convinced it makes everything in life better, including intimate moments with her husband Michael Douglas.

"I love chocolate, ice cream and cakes. The only thing better than sex is sex with chocolate on top," she laughed. "I love pasta and the occasional avocado with prawns too. My tip is to allow yourself a little of what you fancy, but don`t get carried away."

Catherine admits she has to work hard to maintain her sexy figure, and is constantly working out and watching what she eats. The only time she has ever thrown her diet out the window is while she was pregnant with her children Dylan, nine, and six-year-old Carys.

"I ate for Wales when I was pregnant," she told the British edition of OK! magazine. "I had this thing for pies and pastries and I ate so much bread, I was like the bread woman. I enjoyed it, but by the end I wanted to get back to normal."
