The constitutional Court of Moldova was allowed to approve a Law banning the broadcasting of Russian news programs in circumvention of the President Igor Dodon. The COP decided that the time to perform the duties of the head of the country for saying this document is the speaker of Parliament or Prime Minister. The court referred to the circumstances which justify the decision. The story is about the fact that he twice rejected a Law amending the rule on television and radio. He said that in this situation we need at the time acting President. the Deputy referred to the similar procedures that were already used. The twentieth of October, 2017 the constitutional Court allowed the speaker of Parliament Andrian CANDU (instead of President) to sign a decree appointing the Minister of defence Eugene Sturza. 2nd January 2018, the court allowed the bypassing of Dodona to appoint a foreign Minister and six members of the government.
