Kourtney Kardashian revealed how she got her bikini body back
The socialite gave birth to son Mason just before Christmas last year and is already in top shape. Kourtney says her enviable figure is the result of small diet changes such as swapping a creamy latte for an espresso shot.
The 31-year-old mum revealed her secrets for getting beach-ready in Life & Style magazine. She says cutting out processed foods and products with high sugar is a major step towards shedding the pounds.
She believes fresh and healthy food tastes better too.
"Frozen yogurt tastes so chemically to me because I`ve been eating salads and salmon and chicken." she said.
But Kourtney won`t be taking her regime too far and has no plans to lose her famous curves. The star loves the extra pounds she gained on her bottom when she was pregnant and has been doing squats to keep her new rear nice and toned.
