Interim agreement establishing a free trade between the Eurasian economic Union and Iran signed in the process of the Astana economic forum.
The document represents the 1st phase of forming a free trade area between the EEC and Iran. It provides for the reduction or zeroing of the import customs duties on a wide range of subjects. The implementation of the agreement will give the opportunity to greatly increase the volume of mutual trade, which last year amounted to 2, 7 billion.
