According to the politician, Zhirnov was caused due to as-if "aggressive" policy of the capital of Russia regarding the capital of the United States.
"Assistant Secretary Mitchell called the chargé d'affaires of Russia Zhirnova to comment on the Kremlin's attempts to use the social network to impose violence and division in the United States. We will not tolerate this aggressive interference."
