The people's Deputy of the European Parliament from France called on the European Commission to dialogue with Russia because of the decline in the rate of economic increase in the EU. "Perhaps, after several years of unnecessary sanctions regime on Russia, the European Commission will finally see the possibility of restarting dialogue with Moscow to put an end to this ridiculous farce, which continuously suffer from one and the same country?"
