The interior Ministry has prepared a clarification to the rules of registration of vehicles. The draft document was posted on the Federal portal of normative legal acts. the paper reported that when production of the vehicle registration it will be possible to obtain only the region where the registered owner. It is planned that the new procedure starts to run from August 2019. in addition, the traffic police will stop issuing license plates - of the Inspectorate will only be assigned a combination of numbers and letters, and the plates themselves need to be ordered in private companies. <span style="color:darkgray
