The `Ghost Whisperer` actress - who split with boyfriend Jamie Kennedy in March after a year of dating - is currently not romantically involved with anyone and insists she is enjoying the single life, even though it is a new experience for her.
She said: "My love life is just me, and I`m very happy about it. I`ve not done the single thing very much, as you know, and I`m happy to do it."
Jennifer now enjoys lavishing her time and attention on herself, and is maintaining her fondness for genital crystal decoration - dubbed vajazzling.
She told E! Online: "I vajazzle more for myself, so I have that secret sparkle that no one knows about."
The 31-year-old star is currently using her new single lifestyle as inspiration for her new book - the follow up to her love guide `The Day I Shot Cupid` - as she wants to teach people to boost their self-esteem outside of relationships.
She said of the new book: "It`s going to be about loving yourself.
"I figured out in the last one I wrote a lot about how to get a man to fall in love with you but not very much about how, if you don`t love yourself, that`s not going to happen."
Jennifer`s appreciation of her single status has been a gradual process as she recently admitted she prefers being in a relationship.
She said: "I don`t like to go out to clubs and party. I`m not into, `Let`s go out with one guy on a Monday and another guy on a Wednesday,` that`s just not me. I`m a relationship kind of girl. I like a twosome. Some people get excited about being single. I don`t."
