OSCE special representative Martin Sajdik told about a new peace plan in the Donbass in the interview to the Austrian publication Kleine Zeitung. According to the policy, for the implementation of the key points of the Minsk agreements - conduct of elections - outside assistance was needed. The new Plan provides that the organization of these elections will be engaged in the UN, as the OSCE is the function of the observers. Document are required to approve participants of the "Normandy four" - Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany. It has already been shown at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of foreign Affairs of the OSCE in Milan, which took place in the early winter of 2018. It was attended by Plenipotentiaries of all the countries. The plan also includes the development in the DNI and LC of the transitional UN administration, which would oversee implementation of the plan.
